Abstract:
The questions of quality are given special attention, but so far the interpretation of "quality" category is controversial. The article considers this concept from the social and economic viewpoint, as well as the importance of Quality Award, which is an important element of strategies aimed to enhance productivity and to improve competitiveness of production.
